It's a fact....
I was born in one of the most beautiful places on earth....and in a few weeks I'll be heading home folks!!
These are a few photographs that I took when I went home for Christmas break, I'm an island girl so when I think of home I think of the sea. On this particular day my Daddy (Yes I still call him daddy ha ha ha ) and I had a little father- daughter bonding time... just us and the sea for a few hours and the odd bird or two or ten that decided to stop by..........

I've been listening to Come Home by OneRepublic...

Hello world

Hope you're listening
Forgive me if I’m young
For speaking out of turn
There’s someone I’ve been missing
I think that they could be
The better half of me
They’re in the wrong place trying to make it right
But I’m tired of justifying
So I say to you..

Come home
Come home
Cause I’ve been waiting for you
For so long
For so long
And right now there's a war between the vanities
But all I see is you and me
The fight for you is all I’ve ever known
So come home
Oh

I get lost in the beauty
Of everything I see
The world ain’t as half as bad
As they paint it to be
If all the sons
If all the daughters
Stopped to take it in
Well hopefully the hate subsides and the love can begin
It might start now..Yeah
Well maybe I’m just dreaming out loud
Until then

Come home
Come home
Cause I’ve been waiting for you
For so long
For so long
And right now there's a war between the vanities
But all I see is you and me
The fight for you is all I’ve ever known
Ever known
So come home
Oh

HELLO DARLINGS

I am utterly and completely exhausted!
Today my beloved cousin Sylene and I travelled to a quaint church off campus, where our dear friend is a pianist. If I had to travel in Trinidad by myself I would probably end up at the wrong destination.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION HERE CONFUSES ME!
We had to take two cars (taxis) and a maxi (bus). In the rain.
Waking up at 6:30 am +Over an hour navigating a confusing transport system + Heavy rain=  Drained on Arrival!!!!!

Best news of the day..... an invitation to lunch. :) ha ha. The people there where so warm and caring.
(I'm sorry the photos are in such random orders)

I wore dark dress and flats that would be comfortable while travelling, I also wore tights to keep off some of the day's chill.

It's been so long since I've seen pews like these...  I couldn't resist a photo!

A few photos from the garden
